TigerFox wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

U.S. Returns & Refunds Policy

Standard U.S. Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the U.S. TigerFox® Online Store or from an authorized TigerFox representative:

  • We stand behind our products with a full 30 day – and in some special cases extended to 60 day – risk-free 100% satisfaction trial period.  With that in mind, you have 30 (or 60*) calendar days to return your undamaged TigerFox product from the date it was delivered. *This 30 day period may be extended in some special cases to 60 days for certain special introductory or promotional order offers.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from TigerFox, either through the TigerFox Online Store or from an authorized TigerFox representative, can be returned to TigerFox. TigerFox products purchased through other channels must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the parts, packaging, and documentation that were included when you received it.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return directly to TigerFox, including:

  • Music Downloads
  • TigerFox Gift Cards
  • Third Party Loudspeakers, Cables, and Stands
  • TigerFox Print Products

How to Return An Item  (How to ship your TigerFox item back to TigerFox)

From your original sales order information, sales receipt or invoice, verify the return item(s) and accessories, time period for return, the product’s original condition, and your return address. For TigerFox returns, the purchaser will be responsible to return and deliver your TigerFox product(s) in its original new condition to TigerFox’s Milwaukee location using your selected package carrier within  30 days – extended to 60 days for certain special introductory or promotional offers – from the date the TigerFox product was delivered to your continental United States address. Once you have verified these return details, contact TigerFox at: TigerFoxCustomerService@gmail.com or call our Customer Service at: 1(414) 944-1422 for a Return Authorization Number. It is important to use the original shipping cartons and poly sleeves to package your return product(s) for protected delivery to TigerFox. Personalized items and custom-configured TigerFox products may not be eligible for exchange or return.

Once you receive your Return Authorization Number and the TigerFox Return Shipping Address, package the return items as originally packaged with care and clearly write (1) your Return Authorization Number, (2) your return address, and (3) the provided TigerFox Return Shipping Address, on the outside of the original shipping carton(s). Using a reliable selected carrier of your choice (for example, UPS/FedEx/USPS. etc.), you can then ship the item(s) back to TigerFox.  Please insure the carton contents for their appropriate value.

Returns and Refunds

Once we receive your item and verified the return details, a return or a full refund of the purchase price based upon the original payment method will be appropriately initiated immediately, including any state or local taxes applied at the time of your original order.

If you canceled an ordered item, and you were billed for it and it was not shipped out yet, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your order cancel request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method and may take a week or more to show up on your original payment method.

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Incorrect Items

Items ordered from the U.S. TigerFox Store that are incorrect or that arrived damaged, please immediately contact: TigerFoxCustomerService@gmail.com or call Customer Service at 1(414) 944-1422.
