SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. U.S. Consumer
Thanks for shopping at TigerFox. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re at the TigerFox Online Store, purchasing direct from an authorized TigerFox representative, or purchasing on the phone with the TigerFox Contact Center. (To make it easier, we’ll refer to these entities as the “TigerFox Store” in this policy.)
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at a the TigerFox Store. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that we stand behind our products with a full 30 day – and in some special cases extended to 60 day – risk-free 100% satisfaction trial period and return policy. With that in mind, placing an order or making a purchase at a TigerFox Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with TigerFox’s Privacy Policy.
2. TigerFox Purchase
The purchase and use of a TigerFox product is subject to terms and conditions found at Product Warranties.
In addition, by purchasing a TigerFox product, you expressly acknowledge that:
- Making unauthorized modifications to a TigerFox product violates the TigerFox warranty, repair, and return agreement. That’s why we strongly, almost emphatically, recommend that you do not do so. Should you be unable to use a TigerFox product due to an unauthorized modification, its repair will not be covered under the warranty.
- TigerFox may, in its sole discretion, refuse, cancel or refund any order and limit order quantity. TigerFox may require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order, return or refund.
3. Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
With regards to pricing, TigerFox reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the TigerFox Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the Payment & Pricing page.
4. Order Acceptance/Confirmation For Online and Call Center Purchases
Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify TigerFox’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. In extenuating circumstances beyond TigerFox’s control, the TigerFox Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept, decline or refund your order for any reason. If TigerFox cancels an order after your credit card has already been billed, TigerFox will refund the billed amount to your original credit card within 10 days of order cancellation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Most TigerFox products are made to order. TigerFox products not on backorder will be shipped within the dates that accompany the original order date. Special promotions allow FREE SHIPPING to continental United States shipping locations only. FREE SHIPPING, when available, is indicated at the time and date of your order. Note that Alaska, Hawaii and shipping locations outside of the continental United States are not eligible for FREE SHIPPING. Contact: TigerFoxCustomerService@gmail.com for shipping outside the continental United States (See Continental U.S. Sales Only section, #7, for more information on special delivery locations). Once the order leaves our facilities, please consider that the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by events beyond the TigerFox Store’s control and that TigerFox and the TigerFox Store cannot be held liable for late deliveries caused by events beyond our control. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
6. Continental U.S. Sales Only
The TigerFox Store accepts orders from billing addresses within the continental United States. TigerFox has only limited availability to ship products purchased at the TigerFox Store directly to an address outside of the continental U.S. TigerFox products are subject to U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations and must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with such export laws and regulations. 7. End-User Consumers Only
The TigerFox Store sells and ships products to end-user consumers only. You may not purchase products at the TigerFox Store for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are doing so. If, however, you are interested in becoming an Authorized TigerFox Representative or an Independent TigerFox Reseller, please contact the TigerFox Reseller Team at TigerFoxCustomerService@gmail.com. Reseller opportunities are on a limited first serve basis.
8. Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, TigerFox may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. TigerFox reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when TigerFox confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product or the ordered product within the expected time period. In the event TigerFox cannot supply a product you ordered or ship it within the expected time period, TigerFox will immediately contact you for your agreement to extend the shipping date of the TigerFox product or cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
9. Returns
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the TigerFox Store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built with ultra-high precision to be acoustically perfect. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the Returns and Refunds page of our website and the following terms related to returning a product.
As mentioned, TigerFox may, for special introductory or promotional offers and dates, provide free shipping of your TigerFox product from Milwaukee to your selected address. Free shipping means TigerFox will deliver your TigerFox product in its original new condition from our Milwaukee address to any address in the continental United States that is selected at the time of order using TigerFox’s selected package carrier. For TigerFox returns, the purchaser will be responsible to return and deliver your TigerFox product(s) in its original new condition with its included accessories using your selected package carrier within 30 days – extended to 60 days for certain special introductory or promotional offers – from the date the TigerFox product was delivered.
For returns, verify the TigerFox product and its included accessories for return authorization. Then simply package the TigerFox product carefully in its original packaging and shipping container, obtain a Return Authorization Number from TigerFox, and return it to TigerFox’s Milwaukee location using your selected package carrier with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 (or 60) days from the date the product was delivered. If the item is returned in its original unblemished condition within this timeframe, we’ll exchange it or offer a full refund of the purchase price based upon the original payment method, including any state or local taxes applied at the time of your original order
For returns to the TigerFox Store when originally purchased with check transactions over $250, TigerFox will mail a refund check to you within 10 business days of receipt of your returned item.
Please note the following:
- Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
- The following products are not eligible for return: TigerFox Store Gift Cards, non TigerFox products like audio speakers, cables, and speaker stands, etc. This is because these items were not manufactured by TigerFox and are covered by other manufacturer’s warranties, return policies, etc. However, if these items were purchased from the TigerFox Store , for example, with a special bundle, TigerFox will be there to work with you to return those items to the appropriate manufacturer(s).
- In the case of items returned with a gift receipt, TigerFox will offer you a TigerFox Store Gift Card equal to the purchase price of the gift, including tax and any other fees.

10. Gift Cards
TigerFox Store Gift Cards, when available, are issued and managed by TigerFox, Inc. and can be applied only to purchases from the TigerFox Online Store or products purchased direct from an authorized TigerFox representative in the U.S. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash (except as required by law), or for shipments outside the U.S. Neither the issuer nor TigerFox is responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards or use without your permission. Keep them close; they’re valuable and can be redeemed by whoever finds them.
Additional payment will be required if the purchase price of your new TigerFox product exceeds the value of the Gift Card. Gift Cards are also not for resale. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Gift Card terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Use of a Gift Card is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. To check the available balance on a Gift Card, contact us at: TigerFoxCustomerService@gmail.com with the Gift Card’s serial number.
